Life Management

Someone once said “Two things can determine what a person really cares about: their calendar and their checkbook.” There is plenty out there about money management. So I’m not going to talk about that today. Instead I’m going to talk about your calendar. I am in the process of revising my calendar thanks in part to a new friend of mine named Mel Ann Morales, you can find her on Facebook or Twitter. Mel Ann has a different way of scheduling here day and you can find more here: This was a free webinar that she did this past Monday night. It takes a little over an hour to listen to, but it is well worth the time. There are some things that I’m adding to my routine that I think everyone should include. One, making time to relax. What are you doing to relax? Second, what are you doing to improve your life? Do you work outside your home? Do you enjoy it? Do you work from home? Same question. If you aren’t doing what you love, you can make a change. One thing else I’ve learned is to make time to think positive. One thing that helps is positive affirmations. Dr. Reggie Cochran, who I refer to a lot on here, has a blog called Affirmations for a Better Life. You can find that here: http:.// So when you are working on improving your life, make time to set up a schedule that works for you. Make time to exercise your mind, body and spirit. And make time to rest. By doing this, you will begin to see your life change in ways that you could never have imagined! Have a blessed day!
