Confidence in Me!

In the movie “The Sound of Music” there is a song called “I Have Confidence in Me!” This song has so much truth in it. Here are the lyrics to it.

Maria has no idea what she is getting into in this movie. But what we do know is that she will be a nanny for 7 children. She realizes that she needs confidence to do what she has be hired to do. So, here is the question: Do you have confidence?  What dreams do you have that you are afraid to go after? Do you long for adventure? What are you dreaming of? Or if you have quit dreaming, what did you dream of? For me, I have dreamed of speaking on stage for many years. And of being able to help people make their dreams come true. And of just being a blessing to people. I’m going after those dreams! Do I have naysayers? Yes! But are they stopping me? NO! And in fact they are pushing me harder than my supporters. Because I want to prove them wrong! And I am! I have confidence! Do you? Until next time…
